Admissions Presentations and Campus Tours
The Office of Admissions enthusiastically welcomes prospective students and their families to visit our campus in West Hartford, Connecticut for our in-person Admissions Presentations and Campus Tours. You'll have the opportunity to meet with a member of our team to learn about what makes USJ such a special place and discuss the admissions and financial aid process, as well as experience our campus from the viewpoint of a current USJ student and Admissions Ambassador!As a token of our appreciation for visiting, eligible students will also receive the one-time, $1,000 Campus Visit Scholarship, which will be applied toward your first year at USJ if you enroll as a full-time undergraduate student.
Monday-Friday Tours at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., with certain exceptions, through the academic school year. Please view our visit calendar (below) to select a date and time that works for you. |

Student-Athlete Open House
The University of Saint Joseph welcomes all prospective student-athletes for an Open House on Saturday, January 11th at 9:00 a.m.! Meet with members of the Office of Admissions, Student Financial Services, and Athletics and participate in an information session with the coach of your interested varsity sport. You will also have the opportunity to go on a student-led campus tour. Register below!Accelerated Second Degree in Nursing Information Sessions
Learn more about the 15-month Accelerated Second Degree (ASD) in Nursing program which offers students with bachelor's degrees in other disciplines the opportunity to gain a B.S. with a concentration in Nursing. The dedicated Nursing Faculty and Admissions Counselors will discuss prerequisites and program requirements during the ASD Information Session.Register
Conversations with a Counselor
Meet with an experienced Admissions Counselor specializing in your program of interest from the comfort of your own home! Virtual sessions are currently available Monday - Friday (with certain exceptions). Please view available counselor schedules on our Conversations with a Counselor page.Academic Visit Days
Fly with the flock during one of USJ's Academic Visit Days where you participate in a classroom experience, tour campus with a current student, and enjoy a complimentary lunch in our dining hall. Please select your preferred date/class and register below:
Junior Preview Days
Juniors in High School are invited to kick off the college search by attending Junior Preview Days on either Tuesday, April 15th or Friday, April 25th. Students are invited to the University of Saint Joseph campus in West Harford, Connecticut to get a first look at why USJ should be at the top of your list of schools to apply for in the next year! During this event students will participate in application and writing workshops, tour campus led by a current student, learn about the college admission process, hear from members of Student Financial Services regarding financial literacy, and meet current and prospective student peers.
